Abstract
The present article deals with ethnic crime as independent topical scientific problem. The author considers the questions related to illegal migration, the condition of criminality among migrants and studies the issues of criminogenity of contemporary ethnic processes, problems of criminality of foreigners in the Far East, analyze of ethnic crime.
